About Sully

Sully is a sweet and loving young Doberman Pinscher who’s ready to find her forever family. She has a heart of gold but can be a little shy when meeting new people. Once she warms up, though, Sully is all about cuddles and companionship.

She’s great with kids but may be best suited for children over 6 since her playful enthusiasm could accidentally knock little ones over. Sully loves the company of other dogs and gets along with cats, although she sometimes sees them as playmates and might get a bit too excited.

Favorite Activities

Sully is a true mix of energy and relaxation. She enjoys running like a racehorse in the backyard, playing with toys, sunbathing, and keeping an eye on the squirrels. She’s also a fan of cuddling on the couch, snacking on treats (she’s very food-motivated!), and watching “dog TV.”

Her Journey

Sully was found as a stray after Hurricane Beryl, scared and hiding under a fallen tree. Since then, she has blossomed into a confident and happy pup, but she’s still learning to trust new situations like walks and car rides. Her adopter will need to be patient and encouraging as she builds confidence in these areas.

Ideal Home

Sully would thrive in a home with active individuals or families who can match her playful energy and provide her with plenty of love and patience. Her adopter should be committed to continuing her training and helping her become the best version of herself. Treats are a guaranteed way to win her over!

Sully has been through a lot, but she’s ready for her second chance at a happy, pampered life. Could you be the one to give her the loving home she deserves?
