Tell us about this dog: Melita and her siblings were rescued from Mexico. Melita has been with the rescue for so very long now. She came in as a 4 month old little puppy and now she's full grown adult dog.
Melita is such a loving girl. She loves to get scratches on the neck and belly rubs. Melia loves playing in water, tossing toys around, and chewing on a yummy bone after a long period of playing with all her other dog friends.
Melita is a very smart girl and always very eager to please. With a little patience and devotion to her training she's sure to learn and progress to impress.
Malita has mostly been an outdoor dog. She does know how to use a dog door. But she will need work on her house training and crate training.
Melita does have the tendency to resource guards her food and bones from other dogs. She prefers to have her space when eating.
Melita would do best in a home home with other dogs to play with and help her settle into her new environments.
